3.3 Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation requests must be made through your account dashboard
• Refund eligibility depends on the specific hotel's policy
• Contact us via WhatsApp for assistance with cancellations

4. User Accounts

As a registered user, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and up-to-date contact information

5. Hotel Partner Obligations

Hotel partners must:

• Provide accurate information about their properties and rooms
• Honor all confirmed bookings
• Maintain quality standards as advertised
• Pay agreed-upon commissions on confirmed bookings
• Comply with all local hospitality regulations

6. Commissions

JourneyJunction charges hotel partners a commission on confirmed bookings. Commission rates are agreed upon during hotel registration and may vary by property. Commissions are calculated only on approved and completed bookings.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on JourneyJunction, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JourneyJunction or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

JourneyJunction acts as an intermediary between guests and hotels. We are not responsible for the quality of accommodations, services provided by hotels, or any incidents that occur during your stay. Our liability is limited to facilitating the booking process.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Rwandan courts.

11. Changes to Terms
